Understanding foot & hand reflexology

Reflexology is based on the idea that certain areas of the feet and hands correspond to different parts of the body. Through adapted pressures and movements on these reflex zones, the session aims for deep relaxation and overall rebalancing.

Reflexology is:

  • a non-invasive wellness approach
  • targeted work on specific reflex zones
  • a practice oriented towards relaxation and overall harmony

Reflexology is a wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical advice.
